![]() ![]() The party members on each team are as such Titania took on Nolan when the time came, and Ike finished Kurthnaga after they reached him and decided Volug was not going to run out and kill everyone as soon as they drew near. Titania then cautiously throws a hand axe at Volug, forcing him to revert, and then Janaff takes him out (not the most exciting, and he did get helped, but he was in some serious danger). ![]() First, they each attacked him, Volug starting and getting countered twice, and Nailah attacking, and then Janaff activating Tear and wrecking her shit in one shot. Janaff took on both Nailah and Volug (note that they were both like able to one-round Ike, and even Titania, who's fully capped, would get messed up severely by either of them) at the same time, and won. Basically, Ike and the rest of the GM!Party went straight down their little area, fighting off people along the way, and eventually Rolf and Rhys had to stay behind to avoid slowing down the progress by being attacked and not being able to counter or finish off the enemy. On the last turn, Volug runs up to Ike, shifts, and then destroys him in one hit with a critical (he would have been defeated in two shots anyways, but that's how Volug does stuff).įrom Pain, Awakening is finished in 8 turns. Next, Sothe, Micaiah, and Nolan take down the hawks who flew over the walls, and Volug climbs down in human form, eats some more Olivi Grass, and then kicks a bunch of cats and tigers to death, while also being pushed into Resolves (though not Wraths) health range. Nolan steps down first to let Volug munch on an Olivi Grass and blocks off a central ledge point alongside Sothe, while he brutalizes the initial wave of foes using his newfound Reaver powers, and Micaiah tells all yellow units to halt. I also divvy some BEXP out to Sothe, Nolan and Volug, getting the last one up to level 39 and capping all but resilience, bringing Nolan up to level 20 and letting him use a Master Crown, and then helping Sothe a bit since he's capped a couple of stats.Īnd Blood Contract ends in 3 turns. I refuse Pelleas's command, because I can't bring myself to kill the dude. Nolan, Sothe, and Micaiah stayed near the starting area, fighting off a large horde of foes themselves while the yellow units ran to where Tauroneo was so that the stray pegasi didn't hit him and force a penalty. He ran into the crowd in human form, let an archer miss him, then shifted and rampaged until he reverted, and then still killed people once they activated Resolve and Wrath, causing him to kick them to death. The Price is done in 4 turns, with Volug claiming the majority of the kills. Gave Nolan the boots, letting him keep up with Volug so that their support bonuses aren't wasted. Rolf did shoot him in the face though on turn 12, and when the BK attacked him, Rolf dodged.Īlfric's Fire Emblem Liveblog Encyclopedia! After turn 10 rolled around, I battle saved and had Janaff take out Micaiah to see what happened, but it didn't end the chapter, so I reloaded the save (Janaff is cool, but there's no way in hell he's surviving the Black Knight and Volug, who matches or surpasses him in every stat save resilience, at the same time) and just ran from the BK. Rhys is now a saint, and Titania feels bad because she couldn't help outside of dealing with reinforcement wyvern knights. I had attempted to have the new party member Janaff draw out Micaiah while staving off Volug's fangs so that Rolf could shoot her and try for an early chapter finish, but she wouldn't play ball, and neither would Volug, so I had to try to fend off the enemies for a few turns. ![]() R.I.P healer dude), while Sothe and Micaiah took the right side, fighting off the few enemies there, leading to the chapter ending on turn 7.Īnd now in Rivals Collide, I finish with the usual 12 turns. Nolan took the north, fighting off the enemies alongside the yellow units (the healer was awesome, and kept him in good shape, but gave his life while healing on the front lines. ![]() Volug is a sexy shirtless war god in A Reason to Fight, having destroyed the vast majority of the foes (including Lethe and Mordecai) in either his weakened halfshift form (he reached SS strike, by the way) or his human form, where he punted laguz back across the river thanks to Beastfoe. ![]()
